2 and 1⁄2 cups flour
1⁄2 cup custard powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1⁄2 cup icing sugar
Cream butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence.
Add flour and custard powder.
Mix. Don’t over mix your dough.
Refrigerate dough for about 30 minutes.
Roll out dough to 1-2cm
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until edges start turning brown.
Makes about 45 biscuits.
