175 g unsalted butter, soft at room temperature
40 g Glaszucker
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
175 g plain flour
40 g corn flour (Corn Starch)
With an electric blender, cream butter and glass of sugar together to pale and fluffy. Add The Vanilla Extract and beat for a few seconds.
Flour and corn flour together over the butter mix and mix to smooth.
Spoon the mixture in a pipe bag with a large star-Shaped Tube Nozzle. Pipe in the required shapes on a baking tray with parchment paper. Space the shapes well apart.
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 180 Degc for 12 minutes or until they are a pale golden color. Leave a few minutes on the backtett to fest
