Lemon and herb chicken recipe

Ingredients

  • Half chicken

  • 3 tablespoons pepper

  • 3 tablespoons dry parsley

  • 3 tablespoons Robertson zesty lemon and herb spice

  • 30 ml Nandos peri peri sauce

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together and use the mixture to coat the chicken and leave it to marinade for 4 hours .
Place the under a preheated oven 200 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes…Enjoy

Tip:U can even use this marinade for braai
